Your design field

• You will take over the complete employee lifecycle for one or more several teams.
• You fill technically challenging positions by actively approaching candidates, conducting assessments and concluding contracts
• You will organize and coordinate NEO, our New Employee onboarding process
• You plan kgs development dialogs and conduct them in coordination with the respective with the respective team leader
• You complete individual development plans and take charge of their implementation, e.g. through internal coaching or training or external external training
• You contribute to a positive kgs corporate culture, e.g. through the organizing company parties or supporting kgs care
• You take care of a clean maintenance of the personnel files and personnel master data
