Done! This spontaneous exclamation is heard by kgs consultants time and again when the auditing company commissioned has handed over its audit certificate to the customer and a green traffic light is shown in the "document migration" chapter of the test result.
Auditors who are directly involved in checking the migration results use statistical methods to determine samples of the documents to be checked. The documents in question are then accessed respectively via retrieval requests to the old archive system and the new archive system. Satisfaction is achieved precisely when it can be determined that the "subjects" are apparently and binarily identical for each of these accesses.

In his presentation, Jochem Brost explains how an archive migration is to be evaluated from the point of view of an auditor, what needs to be taken into account and what audits and audit procedures need to be prepared for.
