All good things come in threes!

The Swiss company Hotelplan was able to reach three major goals by migrating to a new SAP archive system by kgs - reducing costs, improving stability and increased scalability!

Through our local partner Arcplace AG, the client successfully migrated almost 8 million documents out of two separate archive systems with a total of 2,500 users into a single archive, obtaining full legal compliance. At the same time they where able to icrease cost efficiency.
