What happens next?
The existing management team will continue to steer and drive the future development of kgs.Following completion of the transaction, GENUI entrepreneur @Klaus Weinmann will become Chairman of the Advisory Board of kgs. Weinmann founded Cancom and managed it for many years. He therefore has relevant experience in the scaling of IT companies. Dr. @Bernd-Michael Rumpf, former CEO of SAP Systems Integration AG and member of the extended Executive Board of SAP AG, will complete the Advisory Board.
