Neu-Isenburg, April 11, 2024 – KGS Software GmbH is expanding its portfolio and closing the gap between SharePoint and the various storage solutions with the tia® Connector. With the new solution, SharePoint data can be archived easily, compliantly and reliably.
SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft services have become an integral part of companies' daily business. While meetings are held in Teams, data is usually exchanged via SharePoint. Documents play a central role in these processes - including those that are subject to legal retention requirements and whose immutability must be guaranteed over a long period of time. As Microsoft does not currently cover these criteria adequately, kgs has developed the tia® Connector archiving platform for SharePoint. This is a smart component based on cloud technology that is characterized by its ease of use.

The tia® Connector was designed for SharePoint Online on the basis of Power Automate so that it can be used directly from SharePoint. The user can simply click on the archive button in a new column and important SharePoint content is archived.
